Digitalization and Digital Transformation became a growing challenge to the competitiveness of the Transport Industry by 2018. To address it, we conducted a cross-industry digital strategic assessment which concluded that the transport industry’s digitalization opportunities and challenges were common across other industries. It also revealed that an enterprise’s digital maturity depends on specific digital incentives and barriers related to the country and size of the enterprise.
